Such sales are also against the business opportunity offered by Winwellness to its brand partners and directly impacts the livelihood of the brand partners.

Winwellness does not stand behind the authenticity or the quality of Winwellness products sold through Unauthorized Sales Channels. Winwellness will not be liable, in any manner whatsoever, to extend its return/ refund policy or Guarantee of Excellence Claims Policy to any product purchased through an Unauthorized Sales Channel. To purchase genuine WinWellness products, please get in touch with a brand partner or a WinWellness branch near you.

Any person or entity found to be involved in sales, distribution or promotion of Winwellness products through any Unauthorized Sales Channel will be subjected to strict legal action. If you are an existing brand partner with WinWellness please note that we have updated our Digital & Social Media Guideline/Handbook. Kindly adhere to the guidelines and also communicate the same to your network.

B. Unauthorised Text Messages

We have noticed that text messages are being sent to some of our brand partners & customers in the name of Winwellness with the intention of defrauding & cheating our brand partners & customers, and unlawfully obtaining money from them. This is to inform you that in case you receive any such message, email or any other communication purporting to be from Winwellness other than through Winwellness designated & official email, telephone and communication channels, you are advised not to respond.

We urge you to be cautious when opening links, messages or attachments from unknown third parties. Please note that Winwellness does not send you e-mails or messages asking for your credit card details or bank account details or other financial information. Nor do we charge or accept any amount/payment from any brand partner or customers for participating in any marketing promotions or offers or lucky draws or campaigns. Any communication suggesting this is contrary to our policy.

We shall not accept any liability towards any representations made in any fraudulent communication or its consequences, and such fraudulent communication shall not be treated as any kind of action or representation by Winwellness.
